Our story

PrimeTime Personal Training was created to put the “personal” back in personal training.  With so many businesses in the fitness space pursuing larger group classes and losing the personal touch, PrimeTime has tried to flip the script and provide the highest level of 1-on-1 attention as possible to its members.  By focusing on the needs of the individual and putting an emphasis on nutrition and accountability, PrimeTime is able to create consistent and sustainable fitness for all of its members in a unique and engaging way.

PrimeTime offers small group strength training workouts for up to 6 members per time slot.  Each member gets custom off day programming, including cardio, nutrition, and accountability. We go above and beyond to communicate with our members via our training app at least 4 days per week. This, on top of 3 days per week training in the facility ensures that fitness is top of mind to our clients 5-7 days per week.  By fully immersing them in fitness in this way we are able to create lasting habit change and educate our members on how to live a healthy and sustainable fitness lifestyle.
